Everything was great except no pool which is okay just misleading everything clean besides fighting 2 spiders but overall happy and satisfied thank you again
The tiny home is adorable and was just right for a place to crash like we did. Ames was very communicative and helpful, which was much appreciated. Overall, a great experience and a fantastic location.

To post pictures of a property in its prime is incredibly misleading. Lawn dead. Hot tub smelled even before I opened the destroyed cover. Once I opened the cover it smelled and was cloudy. Inside the home smelled like a chicken coop. The pull out couch was an adventure. I did make a dollar since underneath it hadn’t been cleaned for a long time. The pull out bracket was broken and fell on my wife. The plants above sink are dead except for the one good fake one. The fans were helpful for the loft but were also filthy. We would have had a big fan but the housekeeper said it was too gross to leave behind. The light switches were dirty. The lights were falling out of the ceiling and half of them worked. It was a disappointment to say the least. For the price we could have stayed in a nice hotel downtown and not had to take out our own trash. We paid for the early check in and the housekeeper came in after we were already there. Please update your pictures so you don’t dupe the next people. Or turn it back into a chicken coop.
Overall not a bad stay. Communication was good but the amount of emails was overbearing. The tiny home was cute. The main loft has poor air circulation and it got really hot despite using the provided fan in the loft. In the morning we realized there were more hidden fans around the unit to help circulate air.

Overall disappointing
This place was a probably great when it was new. It has seen better days. Lights did not work. Hot water took 10-15 minutes to warm up. Hot tub had ph problems and smelled moldy. Every fan in the house had thick dirt build up in the slats and blades. Access to sleeping lofts was fun but could be super challenging for middle aged or overweight guests. Would not recommend.
This property has been well used and could use a little love. We were fine, but if you have any kind of mobility issues, I would not recommend staying here. One bed requires a ladder, and the other is a make-shift stairs with a pretty decent drop from the last step and nothing to hold on to. The larger bed is very close to the ceiling, so if you’re claustrophobic, probably not the stay for you either.
Quite a few of the light switches do not work and the water pressure in the bathroom sink is minimal. There is no place to hang or store clothes. It felt a little cluttered in the space. Park at an angle in the parking spot as it is too short to pull straight in. There is also a camera at the door to the home. The outdoor space is lovely and there are plenty of spots to relax. The location is really nice and you can walk to a lot of restaurants. Highly recommend Micklethwaits BBQ and Vera Cruz All Natural tacos.
