Two-level apartment (open kitchen on a large living room downstairs and a mezzanine with bathroom and two separate bedrooms). It is the first year that we are renting this apartment. We can also offer you a monthly tenancy starting in September.

Vogue village remarquable et authentique ,le côté moyenâgeux est très bien conservé et le château est très interessant à visiter tandis que de se baigner dans l'Ardèche est très agréable

Logement tout confort

Très beau logement, climatisé et parfaitement équipé. Cela a fortement contribué à la réussite de notre séjour en Ardèche de juillet 2020. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la petite terrasse pour les petits déjeuners, tout comme la mise à disposition des jeux de société pour les soirées.

Appartement de charme tout confort dans un des plus beaux villages de France

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans ce très confortable et spacieux appartement en plein cœur de Vogüé. Tout est à portée de main, la plage à 2 minutes à pied. On ne le voit pas sur les photos mais la terrasse donne sur une toute petite place piétonne derrière l'église. Idéal pour les jeunes enfants pour jouer en toute quiétude. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement.

Excellentes vacances à Vogüe en Ardèche!

Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de nos vacances avec nos deux enfants dans le joli petit village de Vogüe. Catherine nous a très bien accueillis le jour de notre arrivée (merci encore pour les petites attentions, nous avons bien apprécié la bouteille de rosé ainsi que le fromage de chèvre!). L'appartement est très bien situé dans le village, à 5mn à peine à pied de l'Ardèche, ce qui est très pratique! Il se trouve juste à côté d'une jolie petite église et nous avons eu la surprise de nous réveiller au son des cloches le matin. Cela surprend au début, mais on s'y fait vite et cela ajoute au charme des vacances. Il y a une petite terrasse où nous avons pu prendre nos repas, mais il y a aussi une table à l'intérieur pour manger si besoin. L'appartement est spacieux, très propre, au calme, et avec toutes les commodités. Très agréable aussi en été, la climatisation, que nous avons bien appréciée avec la canicule cette année! Il y a un grand lit double à l'étage avec douche dans la chambre, et un deuxième couchage sur une mezzanine pour 2 personnes. Le village est très charmant, avec de bons petits restaurants et glaciers tout le long de l'Ardèche ! La région est vraiment magnifique et nous recommandons sans hésiter la maison de Catherine.

Pour découvrir cette location il faut monter un petit escalier et après avoir poussé la porte d'entrée , nous découvrons une rénovation qui marie le charme de l'ancien avec ses vieilles pierres et poutres anciennes et le design moderne Les propriétaires sont accueillants et répondent à toutes nos questions Merci pour les confitures artisanales en cadeau de bienvenue En rénovant ce patrimoine familial , vous continuez à faire vivre nos beaux villages de France et vous nous permettez d'apprécier l'ARDECHE MÉRIDIONALE en toute quiétude Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de ce séjour Merci , des bretons à la découverte d'une belle région

Très bel appartement pour une très belle région !

Appartement très charmant, très spacieux, fonctionnel, neuf , très propre, très bien équipé où tout est conçu pour passer un agréable séjour. Place de parking à proximité. Accession facile pour la baignade dans l'Ardèche ou descente en canöé à pied depuis le logement. Le village de Vogüé est magnifique, Restaurants et commerces à proximité. Propriétaires disponibles,sympathiques et très sérieux.

We launched ourselves into the renovation of this apartment with the idea of having a pied-à-terre in southern Ardèche in order to revitalise ourselves. Being great lovers of nature and outdoor sports (mountain bike, running, raid, canoeing, swimming), Ardèche is our favourite playground.

This apartment, which we renovated in the village's spirit, is located in a house that has belonged to our family for generations. Through the renting of this apartment, we wanted to help you discover this sunny and tourist region in a pleasant and soothing place.

With a nice 90-m² open space underneath a wooden roof frame with a singular fitting and noble materials (stone, wood, glass, stainless steel, aluminium), this apartment breathes serenity and well-being. Fully equipped, (equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a multifunction oven, induction hobs, a washing machine, TV and Wi-Fi Internet access), it is convenient and functional.
