Downstairs, large windows offer a leafy outlook from all angles whilst enjoying a fully equipped country kitchen and entertaining in the adjoining dining room.

Step outside onto the generous deck with BBQ, and take in the stunning garden view filled with beautiful established trees and shrubs, and native birds visiting in the afternoons.

The three large bedrooms have soaring ceilings with 3 queen and 2 single beds, comfortably sleeping 8.

Two beautifully appointed heritage-style bathrooms, one with a deep claw foot bath, complete this charming home.

Located within walking distance to Katoomba town centre (650m), Katoomba Scenic World (1.6kms) and The Three Sisters (1.8kms).

Bedding and Linen:
All beds have electric blankets and are made with quality linen before your arrival. Bath towels including bathmats and hand towels are also provided along with tea towels for the kitchen. Doonas/blankets pillows are also included.

Pets – We love pets! However, our garden is not fully fenced, therefore we do not accept furry family members

Please note - Long weekends are a minimum 3-night stay, all public holidays are charged at the weekend tariff and Easter is a minimum 4-night stay.
