As soon as you walk in, you’ll be amazed at the open plan, smart living/ dining and kitchen area which boasts stylish porcelain tiles throughout and comfortable furnishings. The dining has seating for 8 people and the loungeroom has a large lounge to sit back, relax and watch TV on the Smart TV with unlimited Wi-Fi. Floating off from the living area in the great outdoor alfresco entertaining area with seating for 8 people and gas BBQ facilities provided.
The fully equipped chef kitchen is absolutely beautiful and caters for everyone’s needs boasting complete cooking facilities including induction cooktop, microwave, wall oven, dishwasher, and a family size fridge/ freezer.
There are four bedrooms all with ducted air conditioning with the main bedroom also providing a stunning ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity, TV, and ceiling fan. The main bathroom has a free-standing bath, shower, toilet, and vanity. There is an internal laundry with a top loader washing machine, dryer, and external clothesline for your convenience.
Daze on Dowling is located an easy 350 metre walk via Laidler Walk to the foreshore of Nelson Bay beach and a quick 1-minute drive (700 metres) to Nelson Bay Golf Club, Nelson Bay Bowling Club, and the heart of Nelson Bay where you will find boutique shopping, cafes, restaurants, D’Albora Marina, bars, clubs, and Nelson Bay foreshore where all the Dolphin and Whale Watch cruises depart from. Wests Diggers Club is also only 850 metres walk away.

(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.
