Great AIR-CONDITIONED place with lots of room for fun!

NEAR AIRPORT!!

Basic rental is for up to 6 persons and can be supplemented by others staying at extra cost. Extra bedding provided.

Two storey home. Main floor has living room family room, kitchen, nook for dining, laundry room, office and powder room.

Second floor has 3 bedrooms, ensuite in master bedroom with jet tub, full bathroom, bonus room with toys.

Deck has patio furniture which is available when it is not snowing.

Camera's externally (front and back porch) for security purposes.

Stay cool with central air conditioning. Enjoy streaming TV.

Garage and basement excluded.

Spacious and comfortable

My family stayed at the property for 2 nights. The home is situated in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The home itself is spacious, comfortable and the nice vibes, gives you a "at home feeling". The host provided tea, and coffee; not all hosts do. So that was an added bonus. I recommend this home to anyone visiting Calgary. We'll be back!

Not impressed

Not overly impressed, carpets were stained, old towels, dishwasher did not work, (left a bottle of wine for the 3 ft grass that couldn’t be cut due to lawnmower breaking). The baseboard paint was peeling. Overall not an inviting environment. The deck paint was peeling terribly. Definitely needs an update for the price we paid.

We apologise for the inconvenience. 1. No one till date has informed us that the Dishwasher is not working. Had we known we would have gotten it repaired. 2. Carpets are stained and that is due to customers bringing in their muddy shoes from the rain in the house. We have gotten it shampooed, but the stains are tough to get rid of. 3. We were unable to mow the lawn as it was constantly raining, and heavily. When it stopped raining, we had to wait for the grass to dry, before mowing the lawn, which was before you checking in. As we tried, the lawnmower was a not working. We placed the wine as a good will gesture, apologies if that has offended you. Had we the opportunity to mow the lawn, we could have used the same money to pay someone to do the work. 4. Towel are brand new. If you wish we can share the receipt with you. We have been on VRBO, Booking and Airbnb for a lengthy period of time and if you search other portals we are Superhost and Genius. We always try to take care of our customers.
