Fully Remodeled 3 bedroom house with garage in Brownsville. Located close to the true commercial center of the city. Basically close to everything.
It features a fully equipped kitchen with all the basics, including a dishwasher, Three Roku Smart TVs ,a full size sleeper sofa and a comfortable sectional sofa in the living room The Master Bedroom has a King size mattress, and an ensuite bathroom and a walk-in closet. Bedroom #2 features a queen size bed and Bedroom #3 has two twin size beds. All bedrooms have LED lighted new ceiling fans.
The house has a washer and dryer in the garage. You can park either in the garage or on the driveway. The house is EV ready and has a 40 amp level 2 charger
