Clean, spacious and conveniently placed within Orange. Please note that booking and paying for a 5th/6th guest does not automatically come with additional towels and bed linen, this still has to be requested separately and if requested after 4pm (check in is 3pm) will incur a call-out service fee, which was frustrating to say the least.Property was well furnished, warm and quiet - will likely book again.

Thank you for your feedback and for highlighting the positive aspects of your stay. We’re pleased to hear that you found the property clean, spacious, well-furnished, warm, quiet, and conveniently located. We’re sorry for any frustration regarding the additional linen and towels. Our listing does note that guests who require the sofa bed are asked to advise us in advance so we can ensure the additional bed linen and towels are provided prior to arrival. This helps our team prepare the property according to the guests’ sleeping arrangements. We appreciate your feedback and are glad to hear that you would consider staying with us again. We look forward to welcoming you back to Orange in the future!

The overall space, amenities and comfort were great, but we had some issues with the cleanliness and maintenance of the kitchen. The property managers were very proactive when I contacted them though. We were also unlucky to be staying during construction at the back, 2 meters from the bedroom windows, so were woken VERY early each morning by power tools and doof doof. Not anything the property owners could control, but had I known in advance I would have stayed elsewhere. I’d say this will continue for another 2-3 months.

Thank you for your review and for highlighting both the positives and areas for improvement. We’re so pleased you enjoyed the space and amenities, but we’re truly sorry for the issues you experienced with the kitchen cleanliness and maintenance. We also understand how frustrating the early morning construction noise must have been. While this was beyond our control, we appreciate your understanding and feedback, as it helps us better inform future guests. We’re grateful for your kind words about our team’s responsiveness and hope we can welcome you back for a much more seamless stay next time.
