Absolutely love staying here! The hospitality is exceptional, and the fact that they are dog friendly with a fence is a huge plus. Love staying here every year!
This location is amazing and the people who run it are easy to work with. I stay here once a year to float the buffalo with some friends. It is definitely my go to spot!
This property was in the perfect location!! It was so beautiful with views of the mountains and the perfect sunsets! The kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need, and was probably the best furnished kitchen I've stayed in. The beds were also super comfy!! I highly recommend this place!
The property owner is welcoming, very responsive and professional, 10 out of 10 we would stay at this rental again. The property is ideal for motorcycle vacations, particularly if coming from out of state (like we did). The property and rental experience is 100% 'as advertised'
The house was perfect for our group and had lots of space. It was away from town and very peaceful. We enjoyed the fire pit. It was also close to the river and was a perfect location.

Spacious yellville retreat
It was a great place to stay I love having the balcony and hanging out with my family had everything we needed from dishes to toilet paper it had plenty of shampoo and soap there plenty of linens also I will come back here again to get away
This place was perfect as a hub for our float trip on the buffalo. We used the kitchen several times and it was stocked well. The privacy and quiet were very welcomed as we all came from larger towns/cities.
The property was quiet and had a beautiful view. Only a few minutes drive to the Buffalo River. We liked using the blackstone and grill for every meal. Things could have been cleaner in the house and I wish the property was mowed and edged more. Over all, the time with family was good.

Yellville Retreat
Absolutely recommend this place. Very clean, well stocked with towels, bedding, & kitchenware including seasonings & condiments. Very quiet & very convenient to the river & Yellville for shopping & dining. 100% I’ll be back.
Property was clean, well maintained. Good amount of space for our family. Tons of amenities. We came here from New York to see my husband’s family and having such a close, clean property to stay at was great. Would definitely stay here again!

Liked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
We enjoyed the space for 3 couples. The home had everything needed especially the kitchen. The bed in the large bedroom was too hard for us. We enjoyed the quiet and communication was great.
We rented this house over a weekend to celebrate Christmas with our daughter and her family, who live in Yellville. This was the PERFECT location for it! The place is well kept and spotless, communication was great, and the kitchen came with everything needed to make a Christmas dinner! It also had enough space and seating for everyone (11 people) to enjoy dinner, presents, and games. We will be staying here again when we come visit our daughter.
This was one of the few 3 bedroom properties in the area, so I chose it and I was not disappointed! This was a trip with friends to float and just relax and this place fit the bill. It was close to several floating options and it had everything we needed. The bonus were the views from the deck! Great day time views of the ridges in the area, and great night time star gazing. We had a lightening show to the south and stars right above us one night. The place was clean and comfortable.
This is the second time we have stayed here and really enjoyed it. It is very peaceful and relaxing. Was very clean where it mattered most but did get out a few dishes that didn't seem clean and some of the kitchen cabinet handles were sticky. It didn't affect our stay and know that the dishes are usually the responsibility of the previous renter to put back clean. Manager was very helpful and eager to correct any issues. Highly recommend.

Astrophotography Trip
We found this location when looking for a place to stay near the Buffalo National River that was not a campground and that could be booked via the Capital One travel website as we had some credit to use. The river is an International Dark Sky Park which is great for astrophotography. Our son loves astrophotography and had just purchased a new camera and lenses. We booked a trip for his birthday at this location for the two nights of the new moon in June 2025 as it was within the low light pollution areas of the river. It would have been absolutely perfect for this usage had there not been security lights on the property. Even with the lights it was still darker than what he can get at home so we still left happy overall. We sent an email to the contact on the reservation after the first night asking if they had the ability to turn off the security lights but we never received a response which was a small bummer. The property itself was clean and spacious. There were condiments and other items stocked in the refrigerator when we arrived which was great. The AC worked very well in conjunction with the ceiling fans. The setting is very quiet and peaceful. We very much enjoyed this location.
Plenty of space for our group. Kitchen had everything we needed. Multiple bathrooms was wonderful. Access to garage was helpful when it rained. Quiet with lovely views. Very comfortable home.
