Winter Weekend

This house was perfect for our family needs. We were there on a very cold and snowy weekend, when we arrived the snow had been shoveled and walkways were clear. The house was warm and cozy- the extra blankets made it easy to snuggle up on the couch. The owners supplied all of the necessities- trash bags, dishwasher detergent, hand soap, and a hair dryer! My teens LOVED the snacks left for us! House was very clean and beds were comfy. We had a few random questions while we were there and the texting communication was great and accommodated our unique situation. We will definitely keep this house on our list for return trips. Thanks again!

Clean, comfortable, and cozy

We loved this home. It was new with nice touches. It was comfortable and clean. I loved that there was a Keurig with some coffee and creamer provided. It truly had everything we needed. We felt safe in this location and enjoyed the access to the beach right across the street. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay

We loved the unit and the location. Beautiful property. Great amenities. Such a wonderful experience. Loved sitting out on the front porch. Directly across the street from the entrance to the beach. Peaceful neighborhood. Would definitely come back. All the personal touches were a joy.

High-style Ashtabula comfort

This is a newly renovated and well kept place. Fully and nicely furnished kitchen. Excellent vacation home (we had the 1st floor). Just across the street is broad grassy path down to Walnut Beach. WAY more peaceful than expected. Our 1st Vrbo !
