The first floor offers a spacious open floor plan with a living room area, dining table for six, a breakfast bar with stools facing the kitchen, as well as a half bath and laundry area near the back entrance. You will also find a 46-inch flat panel TV with Blu-Ray DVD player and a gas fireplace for those cool island evenings. All three bedrooms are on the second floor. The master bedroom suite, with a king bed and ¾ bath, also has a 42-inch flat panel TV and Blu-Ray DVD player, as well as French doors that open to an outdoor deck offering hillside views. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and 31-inch flat panel TV, the third bedroom has bunk beds, a single bed with a trundle and a 31-inch flat panel TV, plus there is a ¾ bath in the hall.
