Located in the C building of Dolphin Point, this newly redecorated 2 bedroom/2 bath is located on the second floor and can sleep 6.

When you walk in, you’ll see the spacious kitchen with all full-sized appliances. There is ample counter space to cook up a feast for 6 before heading to the complex tennis courts. The kitchen is stocked with all the cookware and utensils you might need, so nothing to pack from home. The dining table is situated between the kitchen and living area allowing everyone to interact regardless of location.

The living area offers plenty of comfortable seating options to enjoy the large flat screen TV or the Harbor view. The balcony is accessed from the large floor to ceiling sliding glass doors. The balcony is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee while overlooking the Harbor

The guest bedroom has Double bunk beds, a Queen bed and a large flat screen TV. The guest bathroom features a combination tub/shower.

The master bedroom is a spacious retreat with a King-sized bed and large flat screen TV. The master bathroom features a walk in shower.

Dolphin Point is a great family friendly complex. It offers a complex pool, tennis courts, coin laundry located by the elevator, and about a two block walk to the beach.

Perfect spot with a boat slip!

Perfect spot. Cozy beds! Comfy couch! Beautiful view off balcony with chairs. 2nd floor, so minimal noise was nice. Heated community pool, easy walk to private, gorgeous beach. Elevator and guest carts are great. Boat slip has electricity and water. Park your trailer somewhere else off property (we use Destin Marina). There is easy access guest parking. Only recommendation is to add additional kitchen supplies (plastic plates/bowls). Otherwise, fantastic! We will absolutely be back!
