This two bedroom, 2 1/2 bath town home is located past the pool and clubhouse in the complex. The master bedroom has a queen bed, 3/4 bath and sliding doors opening to a private balcony. The second bedroom has a double bed, bunk beds, and a full bath. Both bedrooms are upstairs. The first level offers an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living areas with a new 46-inch flat panel TV, and another private deck off the living room. There's also a half bath on this level. **The pool is closed due to emergency repairs until the end of 2025.No smoking, please. 57SV | | Some restrictions may apply.
