Clean. Heated pool was fun. Had a good time introducing the 12 yr old to billiards. Coffee was provided. Nice neighborhood. Convenient to the Mariners practice facility. Good use of the gas BBQ.

Excellent stay in a quiet neighborhood

The home is beautifully decorated and maintained in a quiet neighborhood. There was plenty of space for our family of four plus my parents who could stay in the primary on the main floor. There was even a green grassy space for our dog to roam in. The home was stocked with all the essentials from linens, kitchenware, games, and pool supplies. Thank you for a great stay.

CAME TO PHOENIX TO VISIT MU SON

Just as advertised.

We were very pleased with the house. It was clean and had all of the essentials. We arranged for the pool to be heated and it was ready when we arrived. There were 7 of us (three adults, two teens, and two elementary school aged) and we were very comfortable. The location is very convenient to shopping and restaurants and very close to the 101 Freeway.

Good experience

Very nice house and location. We were without air conditioning for 3 days. The management did respond quickly to my texts. My grandkids loved the pool and board games. I would stay again.

Immaculate home, plenty of room, great location and excellent hosts. Really enjoyed our stay here. The hosts even left a gift basket for my mom on her birthday. Sometimes when you know a home is professionally managed you don’t expect personal touches.bot only did they handle everything with the house professionally, they made sure to ensure we had a great time and felt welcomed. Family Christmas

Everything was just as advertised and communication was great. The house was dog and family friendly and everything clean and tidy. A welcome basket and bottle of wine was very thoughtful, I’ve never received that before. The only issue we ran into was that we didn’t have enough cookware to make our Christmas dinner, but not everyone does that. Thank you for a great experience.

This property has a lot of potential and could easily be a great rental with some TLC and routine maintenance.The Good: The pool, pool table, and grassy area for dogs were nice amenities. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils, and there were plenty of towels available.The Bad: Much of the furniture is worn and dated. The master bed appears to have lost its support, causing you to sink toward the middle. The living room couch is uncomfortable, and one ottoman collapses in the center due to lack of support. The dining table finish is severely worn. The blinds throughout the home were noticeably dirty, and a member of our group experienced allergy issues after opening them. No extra blankets or pillows were available.The Ugly: Many blinds are bent and difficult to operate. The living room rug is heavily matted and overdue for replacement. The patio furniture is worn and rusted. The iron fence separating the pool from the yard is heavily rusted at the bottom, creating a potential safety concern for children and pets. There are uneven surfaces throughout the backyard and an uneven transition into an upstairs bathroom that present tripping hazards. The master shower area had a noticeable musty odor. Baseboards, doors, walls, and trim throughout the home show extensive scuffing, chipping, and wear.Overall, the home is significantly more worn than the listing photos, future guests should know the property needs updating and maintenance to match expectations.

Very nice and clean house. Just know the open concept makes for a noisy gathering. No one sleeps till everyone sleeps. Did not know when we signed up that the fireplace is not usable nor was the jetted tub. When we got notice that the pool could be heated for an additional charge, we declined. Need night stands and lamps in the bedrooms upstairs. And the motion sensor tables are not good for sleeping. Also need some towel racks.
