We’re so very sorry for the AC issue over your stay dates and the inconvenience it caused. Your dates were over a heat wave in Tahoe, which put much stress on the AC unit. We ended up needing a professional to come out and replace a certain part of the AC that could not keep up with the heat, so this is now fixed for future guests. Your comfort is of utmost importance to us, and we’re very sorry for the guest who experienced the migraine. We hope you’ll consider staying with us again so we can provide you with a more comfortable experience.
