The hot tub was a short walk and the temp was perfect. The place was very clean when we entered it. The host was very helpful when we had questions/concerns. The garbage disposal did not work during our stay but that was going to be fixed.

Had a great stay here. We were in town for a softball tournament and were only 5 minutes from the ball field, which made it very convenient. Condo was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our trip. We'd definitely stay here again.

Spring break vacation

This property is in a great location close walking distance to a park, short drive to the casino, and just an hour from Valley of Fire. We came with two families and the teenagers enjoyed the upstairs bedroom and the close walking distance to the pool and hot tub. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for meals.

8 ladies from our senior women’s softball team stayed for the Mesquite St games. It’s the third year we’ve stayed in this complex. It’s very convenient and has a nice pool and jacuzzi. Condo is good size and comfortable.

We had a great stay at the condo. I wouldn't call it perfect due to some minor things that need to be looked in to: 1. dripping faucet in the downstairs bathroom2. sidetable lamp not working in the living room3. very dirty a/c vents on the ceiling4. the door code was changed on us before we left. We were out at about 9:40am on checkout day. Had the door closed on us before we were finished taking things down to the car, we would have had a significant problem. 5. I've stayed at several Vrbos in the last few years. They've all been handled by private owners, which I found to be a huge advantage over dealing with a company-run Vrbo, such as this one. Private owners care much more about how clean and comfortable their property is for their guests.
