Comfortable tiny home

Clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated tiny home. Location is centrally located to stores, restaurants and hiking. Would rent again in future.

Tiny Home - Big

We enjoyed our stay in Pinetop and this cute Tiny Home. It was perfect for the two of us. The kitchen gave us the option of eating in a few times during our mini Vaca. We found the bed comfortable, and were able to wind down after our days out and about. Everything was clean and inviting, so much better than a motel room. Thanks for sharing your space.

Owner could benefit from good will

I had booked a week but a family issue called me away after the 2nd night. I left the apartment cleaner than I found it--freshly made bed--no trash--and fresh linens (as I had brought my own). I did leave some frozen vegetables--unopened--in the freezer as I could not take them with me. I let the owner, housekeeper and Evolve know of my sudden departure and the fact I had left the place impeccable. The Owner said he "couldn't refund anything" because the Evolve team wouldn't let him. Evolve stated they tried to get some money back but the owner wouldn't let them refund anything. I'm a single, 71-year-old woman who still works. This was my vacation. I can assure you, that despite the fact I have lots of friends who hang out in Pine Top I would NEVER RECOMMEND this listing to anyone..
