We enjoyed our stay and had a slight hiccup with the keyless entry, but it was quickly resolved. The property is older and could use some updating, but overall we enjoyed our stay.

The place was pretty clean, but the kitchen was poorly equipped. Not one sharp knife in the entire house, and no cutting board. Plus, there is a need for another table, or island in the kitchen. Also, the pilot light on the furnace went out in the middle of the night one night, but Brian sent someone out to fix it fairly quickly. However, the furnace was extremely loud in the upstairs hallway at night.Finally, we asked to be able to check out a little after 10:00 on our last day but were not permitted, even for an hour. Otherwise, the location was convenient, the beds were comfortable, and everything else worked fine.

Good property for the price. No heat in the bedroom closest to the bathroom, but that was okay. Squeaky floors. Wish we had at least 1 more bathroom, but all rooms were large. 5 people.

3 Day Stay before CO

House was perfect for us. There was 6bofcus, 3 adults and 3 teenage boys. They were able to go outside and wonder, plenty of room to play catch with the football and baseball. The Foosball table at night was a huge bonus, perfect competition time. House missing some basic kitchen necessities to be able to make breakfast. That was no big issue stores were close enough to get what we needed. The floors are a little noisy, no sneaking around. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep and stretch out when needed. The house more than met needs for our 3 night stay.
