Property was nice. We had a great stay. The pool was such a relief from the heat. There was sand on the floor and no broom in the rental. We were also only supplied one nice towel for 2 of us. The other towel was small and thin. So bad that we had to use our own beach towels for showers.

Fine but could do better with mold and linens

We were very grossed out by the mold on the bathroom walls. All the towels and comforters seemed old and mismatched/random. There are random marks on the walls. The walls are extremely thin and easy to hear neighbors. The location is nice in that it’s a short drive to the beach, but not walkable at all as you are right beside the highway, just be aware. Getting into your unit/check in is very easy.

Unit was very dirty. Shower and shower curtain was dirty, as was the counter top. I had to go buy cleaner and a new shower curtain, to clean the kitchen and to use the shower. There was not a comforter for the pull out sofa bed, and dirty towels in the closet in the bedroom. I had to clean/sanitize everything before use of the unit. The unit was 77 degrees, and very humid, and the cooling units took hours to cool down the unit. The toilet paper holder was torn/missing off the wall. There is also mold starting to form on the ceiling in the bathroom, and dust caked on the bathroom ceiling fan. This unit has very high noise level, from the traffic that was passing by.

Disappointing Stay

The unit was the perfect size for our family of 3, it was recently updated with new appliances, floors etc. The pool area was nice too. Route 1 goes right by the unit and you basically hear every car and truck drive by 24/7. Bring a sound machine to sleep. There were some issues upon arriving. There was damages throughout the unit walls, AC remote was not properly installed into the wall and fell off immediately. Kitchen and laundry room were sandy, and the unit did not have tools to clean it. The ice maker was not working in the fridge. The unit's towels smelled like cigarettes, and had to be washed upon arriving. The shower curtain had mold and mildew on it and gave off a smell. Extra blankets and sheets were just thrown into the closet unfolded, comforter was just thrown on top of the washing machine unfolded. The entire stay we would notice an odor come and go in the bedroom, and upon stripping our used sheets a large yellow urine stain was discovered so that could have been the source. We wanted to like this place, but details matter, and the urine stained bed was unacceptable.
