Consider Sunrise Dream for a delightful new change nestled in the traditionally comfortable sandy beaches of the Outer Banks. This 7-bedroom house provides direct access to the ocean front beach and is within walking distance to one of the best OBX shopping centers which includes both Fresh Market, Food Lion and Home Goods. Restaurants such as Outback, Duck Donuts, Grits Grill and Blue Moon are scattered in close proximity.

The open concept living area on the top floor invites you to unwind and relax. Whether watching the large screen TV over the fireplace, involved in a cozy conversation on the sofa or hosting a gathering of friends and loved ones, there is ample room easily accessible for all to gather around drinks and refreshments. You will be immersed in the ambiance and quiet beauty of the ocean surf or gentle waves as you walk out onto the new deck.

The kitchen has a comfortable flow pattern and is fully equipped to prepare meals easily for up to 18-20 people. The spacious quartz counter space on the island can be used as a buffet area or breakfast bar. There is ample seating in the dining area and around the island. Clean-up is made easier with 2 dishwashers.

An exceptionally notable feature of this coastal haven is the dedicated theatre room, where entertainment reaches new heights. This cinematic experience with an 82” flat screen is perfect for movie nights, watching sporting events or catching up on your favorite shows. Family entertainment can be further expanded in this area with board games and puzzles. The digital experience in this room is enhanced by convenient USB and power outlets in the arms of the theatre chairs. The convenience of USB outlets can also be found in all the mid and upper level bedrooms.

The lower level has 2 bedrooms housing 4 bunk beds in each room. It has a wonderful children's gathering area with a pool table, an entrance to the theatre room, an easy access to the outdoor heated pool and hot tub. Once the children are tucked in bed, treat yourself to a dip in the hot tub while gazing at the star filled night sky with a refreshing night cap in your hand. This oceanfront haven provides a perfect backdrop for a relaxing ocean beach getaway from the unforgettable morning sunrises to the relaxing starry night dips in the hot tub.

Please note that pool heat can only raise the temperature 10 degrees higher than the consistent ambient air temperature (60 degrees and higher), and that pool heat systems vary in capability based on temperature and other factors.
Beach Access Information – Village at Nags Head

All homes in the Village at Nags Head are located between Mileposts 14 and 15, with community beach access and a bathhouse available at approximately Milepost 14.5 (4329 South Va Dare Trail).

Parking passes are required to use the private beach access, and this home provides two parking permits for your stay. Guests staying in our oceanfront homes will enjoy direct beach access from the property and may not need to use the parking permits.
