perfect house in great location

The house was everything it was advertised to be. It was clean and well maintained. The pool was heated to the perfect temperature. As for the pickle ball court, it was just what we had hoped. I highly recommend this property.

The property was amazing. Plenty of space inside and outside of the house. The kids spent most of time outside playing on the sports court and the heated pool. The turfed area with corn-hole and putting green was really nice as well. Location was great as well. Very close to grocery store, variety of restaurants and to hiking trails as well. The neighborhood was quiet and perfect to go on morning walks. Parking lot for monorail is not too far, if want to go Downtown to catch a Sun's game. My kids are excited to go back. Thank you for everything.

Spring Break

House was very clean and had lots of space. The backyard was amazing and we would have enjoyed it more if the pool was actually heated. Stayed 4 nights and no heated pool, which was a huge disappointment as heated pool was a mandatory item when I booked. Neighborhood is mostly quiet (with some street noise in the front master at night). There is a large doggie door from the laundry room that shows as locked, but it actually isn’t which could be fixed for more security. Overall stay would have been 5 stars, if the pool was heated.
