Great spot

Great spot-close drive to beaches and downtown, close drive to both twins and redsox preseason statiums for games, great dock for kids to fish the canal. My only complaint and it’s really not a complaint- we just didn’t know ahead of our stay that there was another tenant/owner staying in the downstairs unit, thought we had booked a single unit rental.

Excellent location and house, but not well stocked

The property is located near the beach and the grocery store is minutes away. The outdoor areas are lovely and a nice place to relax. The house was clean and there was plenty of room for our family. The kitchen is not well stocked. If you have specific cooking you would like to do; come prepared. There weren’t coffee filters. We were given 1 dish towel, 1 dishwasher tablet, and 1 laundry soap for a 4 night stay. With the expectation of running the dishwasher before you leave, please ensure you provide the appropriate supplies. There are not any beach towels or other beach things provided.
