ABOUT THE HOME
This Granite Court home offers a comfortable and well-appointed space in a prime location, combining the tranquility of a quiet getaway with easy access to the slopes and vibrant atmosphere of Whistler village. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a pull-out sofa bed, it provides ample space and flexibility for families or friends. The main living area, kitchen and dining space, is filled with natural light thanks to many windows looking out onto the wraparound deck. The deck looks out into the beautiful complex garden and feels secluded thanks to being on the upper level of the building. It is equipped with patio furniture and a BBQ, making it a perfect spot for enjoying a quiet morning coffee or a family evening in the sun. The primary bedroom is furnished with a comfortable and cozy queen bed and has the added convenience of a large ensuite bathroom for privacy. The guest bedroom features a twin over queen bunk bed, accommodating additional guests or children. In the living room, you'll find a Smart TV and a cozy gas fireplace, creating a welcoming atmosphere for relaxation and entertainment. The open-plan kitchen is well-equipped, allowing you to prepare meals and share quality time with your family.

COMPLEX: GRANITE COURT
The Granite Court complex is located minutes away from the village square and provide lovely, roomy condos and townhomes. Granite Court is just steps from shops and restaurants at Whistler Marketplace and a short walk to Whistler Village gondola. The convenient location allows you to utilize the free bus shuttle service to the lifts of both mountains at Whistler and Blackcomb! The complex features a securely gated, underground parkade.

LOCATION: VILLAGE NORTH
Village North offers the perfect blend of convenience and seclusion. It is centered around a marketplace complete with a supermarket and liquor store while remaining within easy walking distance of the main Village and both the Whistler and Blackcomb gondolas.

THINGS TO KNOW
- This home has two portable air conditioning units, one for each bedroom. Portable fan is provided in the living area.
- Pack 'N Play & High Chairs are available for rentals by request.

HOUSE RULES
No smoking, no parties, minimum booking age of 25. A dog or cat are permitted in the property - please let us know if you are bringing one. A non-refundable one-time pet fee of C$75.00 (plus tax) will be charged.
Base occupancy is 4 adults and max occupancy is 6 adults. The fifth and the sixth adult pay C$35 per night per person. Children under 12 years old stay free of charge.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- 100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 75% refund (minus service fee) if you cancel at least 45 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 45 days before check-in.

Great sister get away
Had a fab time in this quiet cute little townhouse. Super clean and very easy to get to village by foot. We took our little doggies and they loved it! I will definitely rebook again.

I stayed here for my snowboarding trip with family and a friend. A bus stop is just a minute away and it took you to just in front of the whistler gondola. A house was very clean and spacious. Kitchen was clean and ready to cook. I definitely will come back again if I have a chance in the future. Thank you!
