This amazing home has a lot to offer. A fully stocked kitchen, 4 full bathrooms, beautifully finished basement with a queen size sofa bed, beach equipment, board games, electric fireplace, outside gas fire pit, three outside tables, gas grill, and so much more!

This spacious 4 bedroom (plus a queen size sofa bed), 4 bath home is less than a five-minute walk to the beautiful Lake Michigan beach. It is located close to many local restaurants, shopping, art galleries, wineries and breweries. There are also lots of activities for kids on those rainy days.

Parking for up to 3 cars in driveway, two in front of the house. 5 Max per local township.
Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form, upload a valid government ID (drivers license, passport, state ID) and sign and agree to our rental conditions.
Any basic need items that have been provided at the home are complimentary to get your stay started, any additional needs will be provided by the guest.
Outside Cameras are on front and back doors.

Perfect for a family reunion

Nine of us--aged 15 through 52--were very comfortable. The home is spacious and very well stocked, especially the kitchen. An easy walk to a lovely beach and also close to a park with pickleball and basketball courts.

Awesome home with many places to visit! 8 adults & 2 kids! Basement area is awesome with full bath. Deck area is so nice. Gas fire pit we used several times. 5 minute walk to Lake Michigan. We used the beach at the end of Lake Shore Drive. 4 full baths, comfortable beds & lovely decor everywhere! We will book again in 2026🥰

Spacious, Peaceful Retreat

Nine of us thoroughly enjoyed our annual getaway here. Many different spaces to gather, comfortable bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms, a short walk to several beach accesses. Don’t worry about initial impressions (the exterior needs TLC). Inside was clean with a lovely historic cottage vibe combined with modern conveniences. Manager was quick to respond during our stay.
