This is a fantastic property! Frankly they should charge more (but not me!). Gated community within a private club. Clean place with everything you need. I am going to rent again ASAP.

desert falls

great unit in a good location near a pool. comfortable, very clean, and up to date. we would definitely book this unit again! it would be nice to have dressers in the bedrooms, as we had to live out of our suitcases for the week. Also, a better stocked pantry would be a huge bonus.

Property was clean and nicely furnished but lacked dressers and hangers in the bedrooms. Kitchen lacked basic items like coffee filters and salt and pepper.

Nice place in good location

Overall, this is a nice rental and would stay again. I've already recommended it (and Evolve) to friends.However there is room for improvement. Check-in was delayed (cleaning service very late) and the hall bathroom was dirty (shower stall and several long dark hairs on the vanity). Several items need attention or repair.The rental is well appointed, including the glassware and dishes. The master bath is very well done. It would be a nice add to update the hall bath and add a tv to the 2nd bedroom. Also, a folder/binder with info, such as local attractions, restaurants, maps, etc., would be a nice add (as seen in other rentals).YES, I'd stay again.
