Our place is our home. We have 2 level home, down stair one bed room is for guest- seperate entry and guest have entirely home - The owner is respectful and will not interfere with your stay at all. Our house is conveniently located only 5 minutes drive to Rye front beach and shops, 5 minute drive to Peninsula Hot Springs and 10 minute to Sorento. There is so much to discover, so much to enjoy.

The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited.

1 bed room with a double bed with its own bathroom. This is a perfect unit for 2 people. A quiet residence where you can enjoy your holiday and just unwind. This lovely unit offers a fully equipped kitchen and a living area that includes TV, WIFI and split system heating & cooling.

We had a fantastic time staying here. Lovely apartment. Very quiet area. Met all our requirements. Within walking distance to Rye village, beach and coffee shop. Beautiful national parks with so much wildlife. I was over the moon when we seen wild kangaroos. Stunning beaches short drive away. Highly recommend

Golf Tournament Getaway

Perfect suite with everything you need. Everything for cooking and cleaning was provided in the home. Nearby to amazing beaches, grocery and beachfront restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Cute & Peaceful Getaway

My wife and I booked this property for a few days away, and it was great. The place is very clean and spacious. It had everything we needed. It's located just a short drive away from the beach and main street, as well as all the interesting venues in the area. It's also tucked away from the main road so you are away from any of the road noise. Can happily recommend.
