Great place for family and pets

Most places are just pet tolerant, but this place was definitely pet friendly; a rarity in LA. Dog beds, cat tree, leashes, toys, bowls, and a secure back yard. The massage chair was a great bonus for the humans, too. We came down to visit our CSUN kid for the solstice and between size, price, location, and pet friendliness, it was a great fit for us--even if it did rain the entire time.

Ok stay

The furniture in the backyard needs alot of cleaning and attention. Wanted to sit back there but it was not clean. The house itself was nice. A little to far for me from LAX. But, thats LA...everything is far away. Neighborhood was just ok, needed more lighting out front when u come in so u can see going in the house.

Great place to stay for vacation!

This location was amazing! Great house with plenty of space for our party of 5 adults and furnished for regular everyday living as if you never left home. Well, with a sweet massage chair included (Don't sleep on it... or do. I know I fell asleep to the zero g function multiple times). In addition to the backyard being a nice place to chill, it also has a fruiting orange tree. Very cool. Also, a 3-5 minute walk around the corner reveals a street taco vendor who sets up every so often. The street is a bit dark at night due to lack of street lights, but it was a quiet, and peaceful neighborhood. We felt safe the whole time we were there. We often came home late as well and encountered no issues. Monika was a very generous, gracious, and attentive host to us during our whole stay. We did our best to reciprocate by respecting and assisting with any request she had for us. Teamwork makes the dream work! Overall it was a great stay here and we all would recommend you take up the opportunity to stay here if it is available and you are in the area!

Great place to stay in a nice neighborhood and very close to everything that you might need while traveling. Very clean and host responds to any questions quickly.
