The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. We had a minor issue with the door lock, but the rental management team was quick to respond and fix the issue. The unit was conveniently located close to the stairs, laundry, and elevator and had a nice view of both the pool and ocean. Would stay at this unit again.

Attractively decorated and well equipped place on a beautiful beach

We had a great time at New Smyrna Beach. This condo is comfortable, attractive and has everything one needs. It has a view of the beach from the balcony. There are plenty of restaurants near by and the fabulous Canaveral National Seashore and Merritt Island Wildlife Preserve are near by. The owners left a nice welcome package and quickly responded to any questions. I would be happy to stay here again.

We loved our stay in this beautiful condo. As soon as you walk through the door you feel at home. Everything was provided to make our stay very comfortable and the beachy decor was very well done. So many things were provided including beach chairs,umbrellas and towels that all we needed were personal belongings and we were ready to enjoy our time at New Smyrna Beach. it was very convenient to many services and a binder of menus from local restaurants helped make our decisions on where to dine very easy. We will definitely come back again.

Our favorite summer place!

We have rented this condo more than once and each time it gets better! This condominium is set up with everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay at the best beach on the East Coast of Florida. Pack your suitcase with a few swimsuits, casual clothes and a pair of flip-flops and you are ready! Beautiful views, sunrise and sunset....peaceful...clean...safe...truly your home away from home! Thank you, Bob and Marcie Cooper, for creating a place where I feel like I can call my own! We will return!

Wonderful week…

This is our second time renting in Sea Coast Gardens as our teens love it. It’s away from the drive beach, so it’s quiet and away from the chaos. The unit was adorable, very clean and well stocked upon arriving. The rental company left us trash bags, liquid soap, paper towels, tp and dishwasher tabs for the week. My husband made the rental company aware of some issues with the beach chairs and towels, and much to our surprise the owner showed up one morning as we were leaving for the day with new beach towels and Tommy Bahama chairs to replace the broken ones. (Thank you!) The unit is favorable as it does not get the morning sun which can be blinding! Great place to enjoy your morning coffee. The only thing to mention is that the unit is next to the elevator shaft… the elevators are close to the bedr

Amazing property, terrible property manager

First Our family loves NSB!. Secondly, this property is in a great location, off the drive beach. Last it Is decorated so cute! However, We were to check in at 4 pm. When we were less than 10 minutes away they called to let us know that the property hadn’t even been started to clean and it would take several hours to clean. They told us we could go there to get the parking pass so we could atleast park our car, upon arrival the condo had clearly been cleaned except the bedroom. The master bedroom had clearly JUST been slept in and the master bathroom was sandy. The cleaner than arrived very upset with why we were inside even though we were told to go in. She said it would be several hours until the condo was clean. Putting us at 7pm at night to even get inside and settled with our two small children. It didn’t make any sense as we could see the place had been cleaned except the master. All the company offered us was the cleaning fee back even though we basically lost that whole day. They called to try to justify the problem the next day after being passed from one person to the next. Only to be told that the ac unit would need to be replaced while we were staying there and someone would need to be in the unit for 7/8 hrs! Then after we refused they never called to let us know and sent the repair men out anyway. They were banging loudly on the door without any notice or call ahead at 8 am and woke my children up. The place was great but I’d never rent again from great ocean

Fantastic Ocean Condo

We enjoyed our 2 weeks at this lovely condo. It has a great ocean view from the balcony and the bedroom. The condo was exceptionally clean and very accommodating to all our needs . The beach chairs, beach umbrella and boogie boards were great ! We came with our Grandchildren and they loved the boogie boards and all the games in the condo . The hosts Bob and Marcie were great and so easy to communicate with. They went over and beyond with their welcome gifts. We have been coming to New Smyrna for over 25 years and have never been greeted with such a warm welcome ! We actually left an item behind when we checked out and Bob was so nice to let us know he found it . We will definitely be returning again 😊

Always a wonderful stay!

Have been coming here for the past few years and have enjoyed each and every stay. The owners are great and the property is kept immaculate. The master bed is so comfortable. They have thought of practically everything you would need to have on vacation. Things like a small cooler, beach chairs, boogie boards, and skim boards, board games and dvds are available in the condo. Also, the Publix and Starbucks gift cards were a lovely touch . In the past they have even included snacks for the kids. Will definitely be returning.!

NSB May 2021

We enjoyed our stay in SCG Unit 407. The unit was clean, comfortable, and provided extras to help enjoy the beach. We have been visiting NSB for 30 years, but have never stayed at Sea Coast Gardens. This is one of the most well kept develops I've seen. The pools, grounds, decking, pool chairs are immaculate! Kudos to the HOA of this development! It helped that the weather was absolutely perfect!!!

Absolutely loved our rental. Condo was wonderful with an excellent view. Bob and his wife were kind to welcome us with a note and snacks. We also had to call them for help with living room tv and Bob was there in no time. If you’re looking for a great place, this is ideal. First time to New Smyrna and we absolutely will vacation here again. Hopefully this condo will be available when we do.
