Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
*Check out time is 10am. If you require any later please let me know. *Please clean any dishes you have used and take your unused food and garbage out to the bin in the parking lot.
*Leave used beds unmade, and leave all used towels in bathrooms. *Ensure all beach chairs, umbrella’s etc are back in our unit *Please let us know if anything went lost or broken so we can replace
*Close/Lock all windows *Leave all ceiling fans on *Turn all air conditioning off.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
A rental form is required by the building which will be shared at booking
