About this property

We invite you to share our condominium, located on the 17th tee box of the famed Dinah Shore Golf Course at Mission Hills Country Club in beautiful Rancho Mirage, CA.

With new flooring, kitchen appliances, linens and amenities, our two-story, 1624 square-foot home is ready for your visit!

The main living is welcoming, with open concept living and dining areas. Two sliding doors take you onto the east-facing patios, where desert life can be enjoyed... sun, mountains, palm trees, and views of the 17th tee box of the Dinah Shore golf course! Inside, you will find a 60" smart tv with cable, a gas fireplace and comfortable furnishings. The kitchen, right off the dining area, is bright with new appliances and utensils.

Upstairs, you will find both bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom has a comfortable king bed, 55" flat screen television with cable, a remodeled en suite bathroom with tub/shower, and a fabulous deck that overlooks the beautiful golf course. The guest bedroom also has access to the deck, and two full-sized beds. A third upstairs deck gives you and your family another wonderful area to experience the desert sun, palm trees, and mountain views.

Swim in the beautiful pool and hot tub that are located within steps of our condo. Pick some delicious grapefruit and oranges while taking walks in the lovely Mission Hills Country Club. Experience all that the Coachella Valley has to offer... delicious restaurants, amazing hikes, awesome golf, fabulous shops, interesting museums, fantastic festivals, entertaining casinos... during your stay at our wonderful condo

Lovely place

My husband and I stayed in this well appointed condo during the month of February. Lovely views from the numerous decks, comfy beds and modern furniture, created a relaxing space in a quiet complex. We have no complaints and would love to come again. Thank you Sara for sharing!

Excellent Choice !

1st class condo.Owner was great to communicate with and reply quickly to any requests. The Condo is decorated very nicely and very clean. The location for our needs golf shopping was perfect. Home Away from Home

We stayed for 1 week at this fantastic condo and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is clean and everything we needed was provided. The kitchen is well equipped and all towels were just like I would have at home. The owners were friendly, sincere and a pleasure to communicate with. All outdoor views were spectacular and the community pool/hot tub was close to the condo and well heated. The location in the area as well as in the complex was quiet and within 2-3 mile drive from grocery stores and restaurants. We would return in a heartbeat!

Born and raised in Washington state, we are still in awe of the beauty that surrounds us -- the greenery, the wildlife, the mountains, and the water. We live on a small farm with horses, goats and chickens… oh and of course our 2 dogs and a cat. We love college football (GO COUGS! although my husband disagrees and says, GO DAWGS!), and are avid Seahawk fans. We have been blessed with two amazing children, now adults, one living in Washington and one in San Diego. We love to explore, to travel, to hike, to read... and I must say, my husband is a fantastic golfer.

Why they chose this property

Many of our family vacations have been to Southern California, and some included the Palm Springs area. Each time we visited, the idea of retiring there entered our minds. Well, we celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary in May, 2016, in Rancho Mirage, and once again, fell in love with the area! Only this time, our dream became a reality. We stumbled upon this condominium, and after much prayer and preparation, we became owners in December. It was the first one we toured, and from the moment we stepped in, we knew we were home. It's bright and comfortable, warm and inviting, and the views are stunning! We are so excited and thankful to be able to share with you our home away from home.
