Nice townhouse
We really enjoyed our 2-month stay in this townhouse. It’s a great location close to shopping and various Palm Springs attractions. Erik and his father were very helpful with supplying a few things that were missing. The condo was very clean and all the basic kitchen equipment was there. The master bedroom has a really nice King Size bed with memory foam and a fantastic walk-in closet. There is a spacious 2-car garage which was very convenient for us. The gated community where the townhouse is located is well maintained and has 2 lovely pools and a tennis court. The TV worked well and we were able to watch Netflix and Prime, though there is no cable. The back yard is enclosed, which is a good thing for dog owners like us. Unfortunately, the back yard is not properly landscaped and doesn’t have much of a view, so we didn’t end up using it much. The air conditioning and the heating worked well. The furniture in the living room / dining room is pretty basic. The neighbours were generally friendly, though I don’t think there are any organized activities like you might find in other communities.
