Are you looking for a nicely updated townhome with ample parking, a private hot tub, views of the mountains and Gore Creek? Look no further. Creekside at West Vail by Mountain Vacation Lodging was nicely renovated during the summer and fall of 2023. It has a great bedding setup that makes it is perfect for groups of couples, groups with couples and singles, or families. It has enough space to spread out as well as an open concept main level where everyone can get together. Lots of little touches show the thoughtfulness of homeowners who want guests to enjoy the home as much as their own family does. Located on the west end of Vail, pricing here is much more attractive than Vail Village or Lionshead. Plus, you'll also love the convenience - the free city bus stop is a short walk, and a biking and jogging trail is right out your door. It's the perfect place to stay without draining your wallet, unlike some other pricey options in the area.

Check the average high and low temperatures and weather forecast for your dates of travel, and look at the list of amenities to see if AC or fans are part of the rental property and look for ceiling fans in photos.
** Group Sizes, High Occupancy Fees, & Maximum Occupancy - Some properties use a “High Occupancy Fee” to “raise the rate” for larger groups, and are thus able to list a lower nightly rate for smaller groups. Each rental agreement and associated rates are for a specific group size. Guests must enter the correct and maximum group size at the time of booking. The agreement requires a guest to confirm the group size and subsequently, to disclose any changes to the planned group size, which may result in an increase, or decrease, to the total cost, and may result in a security deposit becoming required.
** Video & Noise Monitoring - Please note that noise monitoring devices, and security cameras, do exist on the exterior of the property. Cameras are positioned to cover all entrances and exits of the home. Cameras are present to ensure the property remains secure and safe, as well as to ensure that guests are honest and upfront about their planned use of the property. If you plan to bring more people than you've indicated, more dogs than indicated, to host a party or event, or do not intend to respect neighbors or the value and quality of the property, then this is not the place for you, and you should not book the property. For normal, respectful groups, we are sorry that these statements and measures are necessary. Security cameras and noise monitoring devices are an example and demonstration that the property's owners are taking steps to ensure the home remains available for rental, and in good condition, for your benefit. – Bathroom 1: This is a full split bathroom that has one separate room for the double sink vanity and another room with the bathtub/shower & toilet. Access to the vanity room is from the hallway and the other half is accessible from the vanity room as well as Bedroom 1.

Lower Level (One flight of stairs down from Main Level):
– Bedroom 3: King size bed, electric fireplace, chest, large closet
– Bedroom 4: Custom built bunk bed with Twin over Queen, creek views, ceiling fan, double closet
– Bathroom 2: Split bathroom with large vanity, bathtub /shower, updated tile, toilet

-- Ski Lifts: 2.3 miles to Cascade Village, 3.4 miles to Lionshead, 4.2 miles to Vail Village
– Transportation: The free Vail bus system picks up only 0.1 miles from the home at the Intermountain bus stop. That's 160 meters from your door, and the walk is flat - no hills. The bus can take you throughout the Vail area and you could even take it to Beaver Creek.
-- Views: The views from the main and upper level include mature trees and forest, mountains, and Gore Creek.

Arrival, Access, and Parking:
– Accessing the property: From the parking area to the interior of the home there is only 1 step - from the walkway up to the front porch. Entry is on the main level and there is one flight up or down to the bedrooms.
– Parking: There is reserved parking for up to 4 cars. The parking spaces are big enough for two cars side by side and two cars directly behind them. So if you have 4 vehicles you would be able to park them in these reserved spaces, with 2 vehicles next to each other and then 2 more vehicles next to each other, right behind the first two vehicles. Our photos show how this works. Please note, trailers/RV's are not allowed. Free to reach out to us for additional information or updates on parking.
– 4WD vehicle information: The roads leading to and from this property are flat and easy. That said, when traveling during snow and winter weather conditions, 4WD/AWD or vehicles with chains may be required to access the Vail area in general, and therefore, this property.
