The property and staff were great as usual.We have stayed at Sandpiper Cove for many years.The unit we stayed in was very nice with many updates.The only negative was that the back deck was in bad shape and needed to be replaced.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was advertised as being on the beach and that is not true so condos are on the beach but 90% are not. We had one of our crew has a medical condition and she can’t walk very far so that was a problem

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Only problem we had was when we got to the condo at 10:00 p.m., the AC had heat and it was 86 degrees. Had to get the guards to call owners for code to put AC on. Recommendation would be give the code to the renters for when they get in and don't have it up to 86 during the summer. Took awhile for the place to cool down. Everything else was amazing.
