our stay was very good. the house was clean & well stocked. the backyard is beautiful & provided a setting for Sunday Fun Day. it is a quiet neighborhood.
Everything was as described online. The only thing that I would say negative about the property is that there was no shower in the master bedroom bathroom.
The house is exactly the way it looks in the pictures! It is absolutely amazing... deep tubs, really comfortable beds, super quiet neighborhood, the backyard is lovely, but the house comes stocked with enough dishes and condiments to help out. There was even a little snack basket! Yakima is one of the most trash free towns I've ever seen! Our timing was perfect to see all the flowers in bloom! So very green with all colors of the rainbow. The pirate house is MY new standard for a VRBO! THANK YOU FOR BEING FLAWLESS. The owners had a welcome book that even provided their favorites... Water Fire restaurant is amazingly delicious!
The property is very nice and well maintained. It is a bit over the top for home decorations, and as I did have an 18 mos old grandson come to visit, once again, found I had to hide things. I would have loved to have a radio to listen to the local channels, but that was not available. I am from Yakima, and did not need to know the locations of anything, but having that list for those from another area is a great idea. It would have also been nice to have had a barbecue in the back, but I can see how that would be a high maintenance item. Other than those two items, it was a pleasurable stay.
