This private home is spacious and bright with natural light illuminating each room. Stretch on the big lawns, or relax out on the deck. Get the barbecue going while enjoying Yakima's fresh air. With a completely stocked kitchen, a private office space, garage, laundry-room plus more. It is conveniently located within 5 minutes of Starbucks, grocery shopping, and 12 minutes to downtown Yakima.

Home was in beautiful condition and we were greeted by the hosts upon arrival. Had a nice tour of the home and made themselves available during our stay and even provided a dozen of their farm fresh eggs, which was a great touch! Home was even better in person than in the pictures. Great location, convenient to everything. We would definitely recommend this immaculate home and will stay again when visiting in Yakima! Thank you Jennifer and Julia!

We are grateful that this neighborhood is quiet, private and also safe. We appreciate that this home sits on the edge of a hillside with views of a large pond and also a beautiful Vineyard.. The sheep like to graze in the pastures below

What makes this property unique is that it is conveniently located very close to hotspots in Yakima. It is considered to be inside the city limits. Yet it sits on the edge of a large farm.. It has beautiful views of the farmland as well as an open pond and the mountains.
