We loved the history of the building, and the overall feel of the home. We had plenty of room for our group of 10, and everyone had a bed. Also had plenty of off street parking.
We needed a place to stay for one night with enough room for everyone. The kitchen was nicely equipped with everything we needed and the house was comfortable for all 12 of us ranging from 1 yr old to 70
We stayed at this property for the weekend for my brother’s wedding. It was very comfortable, clean, and had plenty of towels/bedding for our needs. Despite the property being right on a main road, we really didn’t hear any traffic or other noise. Host was very accommodating of our requests and we enjoyed our stay.
This property was everything we wanted and more! Extremely roomy with plenty of parking and sleeping spaces for the four adults + two pups that stayed over the weekend; the upstairs and downstairs kitchen and entertaining areas made winding down after a long day tubing down the Yakima River nice and relaxing. The pups also really enjoyed the fenced-in front yard! Overall would highly recommend this listing for anyone staying in the downtown Yakima area.
Spacious and clean property. Nice outdoor space. Two full living areas with separate kitchens. Great for a large group. Only downside was the upstairs air conditioning had trouble keeping upstairs cool with 100+ temperatures outside.

Attempted multiple times to contact property owners about 2 issues and they never got back to me. Property was only cleaned partially when we arrived - especially the front porch area/lawn.
Our family had a memorial to attend in the area. The hosts went above and beyond to accommodate us. Stellar people for sure. The house is perfect for large groups. We had 16 people and did not feel crowded. Having 2 kitchens really came in handy for making dinner. The 2 coffee pots made the mornings that much easier. I can’t recommend enough this house for your visit to Yakima.
The inside of the house was great. There was plenty of space for our group. The heat worked well. Everything was functional. I had to contact the propery manager when I was accidentally locked out. She was able to help me on the phone and resolved the problem quickly.
I did not expect the house to be in a commercial area. There were not enough towels and limited kitchen items.

Convenient place with a twist.
Overall, I’d say the stay was uneventful and “just fine for a night”.
It’s hot in Yakima in the summer. The AC was on but failed to cool the upper level where the main areas and main bedroom were. While the lower level was decent, the upper was uncomfortable throughout the stay. Checked the upper level vents and no air was flowing at all. I don’t think it dropped below 80 upstairs. I’d just ask that this get fixed, especially in the summer months. There’s plenty of room and functionality and it will definitely sleep a ton of people.

We rented the whole home, although people not needing the extra rooms would find half the space to be well appointed.
The overall vibe is great. The furniture and appliances were wonderful much of which felt brand new.
We did have a couple of issues that were not resolved to our satisfaction. I didn’t like that we weren’t given door codes to both entrances even though we’d rented the entire space. It wasn’t until it was clear we were locked out of the lower quarters that the property manager agreed to give us access. Our main issue was the AC wasn’t working properly and we couldn’t get the help we needed to make the place more comfortable . Yakima in July meant we were all miserable at night.
