The Loulé Council has implemented a Municipal Tourist Fee that is separate from your rental charges. It is collected as follows: €2 per person, per night from April to October, and €1 per person, per night during the off-peak months.

No Smoking or pets in the apartment. Respect everything in the apartment including the utilities, which are metered - The air-con remote is programmed
Please give consideration when returning late if it is after 11pm. Also please consider those that may be still be asleep before 9am in the morning.
Sun loungers and all rubbish are to be cleared, furniture left stacked & tidy off the grass to allow for the sprinkler to work at the end of each day
