Welcome to Colony Surf #301! Beautiful corner unit on the Gold Coast!

One of a kind unit was completely remodeled from its original design. Gourmet kitchen, marble floors throughout the unit, custom cabinets, whirlpool tub in the bathroom. Washer and dryer in the unit, fully furnished. Enjoy the sound of the waves, and panoramic views of the emerald blue ocean, and palm trees fluttering in the wind. You can see the romantic moonlight, beautiful city lights, and fireworks from this very private beachfront unit.

This is unit 301.

1 Parking stall is provided with this rental.

NO AC accordance to the Colony Surf house rules.

Terrific location

The stay near diamond head was terrific . The location is outstanding and the property was very nice. I would highly recommend it for a single or couple; can be a bit snug beyond that. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. Will be back for sure

Great condo but Management Co. is not.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent a month in this condo and had a wonderful time. There were a few issues which mainly involved the management company. The kitchen was not well equipped. There were 4 small glasses that were very fragile and cheap. While washing the dishes on 2 different occasions, one of these glasses broke easily while using a sponge on it. The glass broke and seriously cut my hand. I told the agent about the accident and suggested that they remove those glasses as they are very dangerous as they were cheaply made and easy to break. They had not noticed that the glasses were missing. Instead of being understanding that the glasses are a danger, the agent said that I had to pay for replacing the glasses. These glasses could not cost more than a couple of dollars. The agent has made this unnecessarily complicated and has been nickel dining me over these cheap glasses. I would not recommend renting through this property manager.

The location is just steps to everything and yet quiet and removed from the busy Waikiki strip. The full gourmet kitchen made it perfect for dining and entertaining. The building is very clean, secure and quiet with friendly and attentive staff. Our booking agent Yusuke delivered exceptional service. I highly recommend this unit.
