Beautiful Sunsets from the 19th Floor!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was well maintained with a small private beach. Wonderful views, crystal clear water, turtles, whales & hawaiian monk seals - all in your “backyard.” The unit was as described, although the seating area was very narrow. The bed was comfortable, but it was a queen mattress in a very large king sized bed frame. The shower temperature was very difficult to adjust. Rental company was very responsive to our needs.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Thank you for your feedback, and we're glad you appreciated the great location and affordable pricing. There is no air conditioning in this unit and that is noted in our property description, but with the windows open you can feel the cool breeze and hear the calming sound of the ocean. Your insights about the challenges in operating some features are valuable, and we'll look into improving these aspects. Mahalo!

Million dollar view

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I enjoyed every moment of it, aside from not A/C the place has zero faults. It’s quiet, homey, great decor, location you can’t beat. So kinda hard to not wanna turn it into a full time gig. But then you realize your on vacation and you’ll have a hefty fee to pay if you miss that flight lol would def come back.

Aloha and thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! We are glad you enjoyed your stay and the condo was quiet, homey, and in a great location. Yes, The Colony Surf building does not allow any of the condos to have AC, but all of the units have a great cross breeze when the windows are open! We hope you stay with us again soon.
