Positioned in the heart of Mount Eliza, this spacious home combines a sought-after address, at the gateway to the Mornington Peninsula, with excellent family amenities. Beautifully designed to maximise its seaside locale, it encompasses idyllic outdoor spaces, with a cosy outdoor firepit, pool, games room, BBQ with alfresco dining and views across Port Phillip Bay. Discover the nearby wineries, beaches and scenic walking tracks before coming back to this comfortable air conditioned abode. Arriving at this property, you will instantly notice its grandeur. Spread across two levels, it combines spacious, contemporary interiors with gorgeous alfresco areas to soak up the crisp sea air, including a private pool (solar heated from December to Easter), undercover deck and BBQ area.
Inside, a free-flowing layout opens to the backyard, creating a seamless transition between indoors and out. The sunken main living room fronts a central indoor gas fireplace to keep cosy during winter. There is a large dining table where guests can gather for a meal at home, cooking up a feast in the granite kitchen, compact but fully equipped. A second lounge area and games room with a pool table, board games and a ping pong table allow groups to spread out during the evening, creating separate kids and adult zones.
Each bedroom is thoughtfully styled for comfort, with a mix of ceiling fans, air conditioning, and heating to suit every season. The primary suite is conveniently located on the ground level, offering generous wardrobe space and an ensuite. A second queen bedroom is also located on the lower level, along with an internal laundry and powder room for added convenience. Upstairs, the remaining three bedrooms open onto a shared balcony, including one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and a fifth bedroom with a double and single bed—ideal for families or groups. The main bathroom includes a bathtub with an overhead shower, perfect for unwinding after a day out.
Please note that while the property is well-appointed, some finishes — particularly in outdoor areas — show signs of age, and we continue to make improvements to ensure a comfortable stay. The home is located in a quiet residential area, with local shops and parks a short drive away. Secure parking is provided for up to three cars. For security, external cameras are monitoring the front of the home. During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourself. Please make yourself at home!
