Tathra is central to amazing fishing spots; 10 minute drive to Talbingo Dam (which as a small beach), 20 to Blowering Dam and an hour from Eucumbene lake! Easy boat access, paddle boarding, water skiing is all welcomed in the Blowering and Talbingo Dam.
A picturesque combustion wood heater or reverse cycling air conditioning, which ever season you visit, we hope to accommodate what you need to make you feel relaxed and welcomed!

Tathra will welcome you via our large driveway and carport, with fully fenced garden and lawns surrounding the house.
Situated at the back of the property is a large wooden decking area with BBQ, outdoor heater, bar fridge and outdoor setting, some outdoor games and plenty of cover.
Our back yard and garden also provides seating and a perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee and admire the surrounding valley or sit around the fire pit on a cool night and admire the starry skies.
Complementary coffee and tea with a coffee pod machine provided.
Our large driveway and carport accommodate cars, trailers and boats

Bedroom One: sleeps 4, a triple bunk bed and a single bed, with a reverse cycle air condition unit and fitted wardrobes
Bedroom Two: sleeps 2, a queen bed with fitted wardrobes and portable heater.
Bedroom Three: Sleeps 2 , a day bed and trundle bed with a heater wall unit and fitted wardrobes.
A shower room with Vanity and separate toilet.
WiFi direct and Office area, equipped with printer.
Dining room: Table seat 6- 8 and a small extendable table for extra seating.
Kitchen: fully functional with coffee pod machine ALDI, microwave.
Coffee pods and tea provided.

Lounge room: 2 x 2 seater lounges and a 3 seater sofa bed, with smart TV and WiFi linked with Free Netflix. A reverse cycle air conditioning unit and ceiling fan

Location: Under the Carport – Camera will be visual to Front Gates, the whole driveway to the garage doors, Wood shed and back balcony gate, these cameras are for your safety, security for your Vehicles, boats and property, fire and property protection for Tathra (No cameras are installed inside the property) There is no sound recording

The local General Store only stocks essentials, the town of Tumut is only 20min drive.
There is no Pharmacy, only in Tumut.
