The bedrooms are small but the beds are really comfortable and the views and living space makeup for the coziness of the bedrooms.

You will be wooed into the warmth of the space and the magical natural setting. It's a great get away to take the city dust off you.
The house easily and comfortably sleeps 6 people in 4 bedrooms all on one level.
Sutton's Place on Bradley Bay is very rare anomaly WE NEVER CHARGE FOR CLEANING SERVICES. It's our gift to you for staying with us. (of course, we ask that you leave the cottage in great shape so we can keep on giving)
If you are celebrating a special event, please let us know and we will try to make it special for you!
For the water activists, there is excellent fishing for bass, muskie, pike, pickerel, widemouth bass and panfish on the Trent River. There's a boat launch just down the road and you can tie up your boat to the dock during your stay.
For insurance purposes, we do not provide floaty things.
However, bringing all your inflatable toys or kayaks or canoe is a must, remember your pump!
For the true fisherman there are boat rentals in the area.
Fishing and or boating license required. PLAY SAFE!:>))
