Cozy oasis by the Trent River/Rice Lake
Cozy Cove Rice Lake Retreat is a five minute drive from the town of Hastings, nestled on the Trent Severn Waterway into Rice Lake. The sunsets are always beautiful with stunning views of the lake. Excellent lake for fishing such as pickerel, bass and more! We have a new dock to park you boat to venture the lake during your visit. The cottage has had some renovations, there is an added room with a dining area and a wonderful view of the lake. We do have a seperate area with a murphy bed that pulls out and can sleep two. We have a full bathroom with shower. a full kitchen, and barbeque. Great swimming for children. Very closet to town to pick up whatever you may need, Valumart, LCBO, Banking, restaurants and Marina. Campbellford is a ten minute drive, Norwood a five minute drive. We have two canoes, life jackets. The is pet friendly with approval. The cottage has a firepit, children's swingset, and a great area to play outdoor games. You are bound to make wonderful memories!

We purchased the property two years ago and love fishing, canoeing and enjoying the beautiful views from our deck. We hope that you too enjoy the cottage. We have made amazing memories with our children and grandchildren!
Why they chose this property
The location is prime, no need to drive 2 or more hours to get to a cottage. We are 1.5 hours from the GTA. There are many routes to the cottage to avoid traffic.
