Cozy family retreat at Big White Ski Resort, 3BD, 2 Bath, and Private Jacuzzi


This spectacular ski in / ski out, 3 bedroom condo (sleeps 8) has in-floor geo-thermal heating, modern kitchen with butcher block counter tops, stainless steel appliances, gas fireplace, steam shower and in suite laundry. After a day on the slopes, enjoy the gorgeous views of the mountains while soaking in your own private hot tub on the deck. Fully furnished and there is also an indoor pool, exercise room, parking stall located in secure underground parkade, and ski locker for your convenience. No pets! The pool is CLOSED DURING SUMMER SEASON. Only opens for the ski season.

The host canceled on us less than 24 hrs of our reservation. On the property listing it advertised for a swimming pool ( which was the biggest reason why we chose this property) , but hours before we leave our province to go there he sent us the information and codes for property. That’s when it said ( swimming pool only open during ski season). So I messaged to clarify and then he started to be very rude. Saying like I should have know that in this area , swimming pools are only open seasonal. I tried to tell him that we are from a different province and I searched for a place with a swimming pool and checked if there’s a way we can work it out because my kids will be disappointed. He ask me to cancel and I told him I can’t as the 8 of us are heading out for 12 hours drive and already rented a van and sux of us booked our vacation. He didn’t care .He got more rude and told me that I’m not the right candidate for his property as it’s very valuable and cancelled my booking using the weather as a reason. This was a very inhuman treatment and disrespectful behaviour.
