Luxury Gulf front seven-bedroom, six-bath home was completely renovated and offers a sparkling (heated) POOL. Would you like the pool heated before you arrive? Contact a Vacation Specialist to add this to your reservation when booking! Only $100 a day! (Pool heating is available between Oct 1st - April 30th only.)

The third level has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. It offers 1 King suite bedroom with a private en-suite bath, private gulf front balcony access, a Twin daybed, and an attached kids sleeping area with twin and full beds. Sleeps 6. The second bedroom has 1 Queen with a private en-suite bath and private gulf front balcony access. Sleeps 2. The third bedroom has Queen and a Full daybed. Sleeps 4. Guest bath in hallway area. This level of the home sleeps a total of 12.

The second (main) level has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. It offers 1 King suite with a private en-suite bath and private gulf front balcony access and a Queen pull-out. Sleeps 4. The second bedroom is located on the north side of the home and has 1 King suite with a guest bath in the hallway and a Twin daybed. Sleeps 3. This level of the home sleeps a total of 7.

The ground level has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. The first bedroom offers 4 sets of Twin over Twin bunks. Sleeps 8. The second bedroom has 1 King and sleeps 2. This level sleep 10. One shared bathroom in the hallway.

Lots of kitchen utensils etc, lots of beach towels, such soft bath towels and lots of games!The pool is the best and has the most comfortable seating in pool area. Had an electrical issue with no hot water one night but Paradise promptly had it remedied. They are very responsive to any problems!My only suggestion is a couple of the mattresses might need to be replaced- the one in master and king bed on main level in front bedroom. I would highly recommend this house!

Great Family Getaway.

My Family had a wonderful week stay in the beautiful property on the beach. We snorkeled, swam in the private pool ,watched the crabs come out at night on the beach . And there was one lil crab that lives under the walkway to the beach that we called doc . We would definitely recommend this property.

The Best!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: That’s what all of the kids and grandkids kept saying! This is the best place ever! And then we would all list our favorite things about the house. The back deck was a spectacular place to sit and talk in the mornings and evenings; plenty of comfortable seating and the perfect view of the seaside. Watching dolphins swim back and forth each day was so much fun for all of us. A family of cooks, the wide open living/kitchen middle floor was so enjoyable and large enough for all 18 of us to be together, while working on puzzles, playing games, doing meal prep, watching tv, and just talking. The kitchen was well equipped and, like all of the home’s decor, thoughtfully chosen dishes and glassware. The two dishwashers were nice! All of the couples loved having their own bedrooms and the kids were thrilled with their own cute bunk room, as well as all of the secret cubbies so cleverly decorated. The game room downstairs near the pool was an added bonus, as were the abundance of beach toys, beach chairs and towels. The beautiful white sands and clear water was so clean and felt like our own private beach. The location of the house could not be better, just a few minutes from groceries and shopping, a quiet neighborhood and an easy drive to the airport. It’s easily a 5 Star home from top to bottom and we would highly recommend it to others.

Dream Vacation Home

Beautiful home! Plenty of room for mutitudes of people! Directly on the beach with it's own lovely, walkway to the beach! Swimming pool was amazing! Beds were super comfortable! Kitchen was so well organized with everything you could possibly need! Love the ice maker!!! Keep in mind that to get to the den area, you go have to go down 3 steps. We had my 95 year old mother-in-law with us and a 3 year old, so this was the only draw back for them. But I highly recommend this house and would definitely stay here again! We rent every summer on Pensacola Beach! Love everything about this home!!!

Amazing location but mold and humidity in two bedrooms

Location was perfect and the access to the beach and pool was ideal especially with small kiddos. Only problem is there is mold on the lower level where there is a king size bedroom and the bunk room. Bunk room does not have any windows which surprises me because in an emergency you can’t get out. The people that stayed in the lower level in those two rooms got sick due to the humidity and mold. We ended up having to relocate everyone in the house and couches. Aside from that everything was great.

The access to the beach simply can't be beat and the pool area is unbelievable!!! The house itself was so nice and clean and the kitchen was the best stocked kitchen we have ever had. Paradise Beach Homes employees were all phenomenal!! From our initial booking, to the many questions I had, to our booking already for next year...every single person I came in contact with was absolutely great!! We are so excited that we have found our new summer getaway for years to come!!!

Beautiful home on the beach

This home was perfect for our gathering of 25 family members. The kids loved the bunk room! The pool was a huge hit and there were a lot of pool and beach toys at the house. The only complaint was on the housekeeping side that the house was lacking in paper products. Only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and no extra garbage bags. It would have been nice to not have to run to the grocery store for these products. It’s also time to fumigate the house, but overall it was an exceptional house with a gorgeous view of the ocean.

Micro wedding

We loved having all of our family under one roof for our very small intimate wedding right across the walkway to the beach. Our kids can't stop talking about how much they loved the place and the adults are already trying to figure out when we can return! House, layout, cleanliness was superb. Of note, the gas range is in the island and leaning into the nozzles makes the sound like the stove is attempting to light. Need caution with this and to check each night as there was one night that the smell of gas was present and turned out that one of the burners was on leaking gas. Thankfully we were awake and able to open all windows/ doors immediately, but want to make sure any future guests are cautious of this!
