Welcome to Par 3 at The Plantation Golf And Country Club! Professionally managed by Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals, this light and airy two-bedroom, two-bath condo in Farmington Vista overlooks the beautiful Bobcat Golf Course.

Located on the second floor, the condo features a covered lanai with peaceful golf course views, the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening. The spacious primary suite offers a king bed, large walk-in shower, and a dedicated workspace. The open-concept kitchen with breakfast bar makes entertaining easy, and the home includes WiFi and a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.

Amenity Access: Guests are welcome to enjoy the community heated pool during their stay. Access to golf and additional amenities at The Plantation Golf & Country Club is available by purchasing a membership directly through the club. Please note that a membership is not included with this rental.

Beyond the community, you're just minutes from the beautiful Gulf beaches of Venice Beach, Caspersen Beach, and Manasota Key. Explore the charming boutiques and restaurants of downtown Venice, fish from the Venice Fishing Pier, or venture south to Don Pedro Island State Park, accessible only by boat or ferry, where mangroves, dunes, and pristine beaches await. Keep an eye out for local wildlife including manatees, tortoises, bald eagles, and loggerhead turtles.

Outdoor enthusiasts will also appreciate nearby Charlotte Harbor Preserve State Park and the scenic Cape Haze Pioneer Trail, offering miles of trails perfect for biking, walking, and running.

House Rule: No smoking. No burning candles inside of lodging. No parties. No pets per the HOA.

Your reservation may require you to fill out a Home Owners Association application that may request personal details. Any application fees required by the HOA are non-refundable.

Everything needed upgrading. There was a large tear on the guest room bedspread. Two lamps had bulbs not working. No replacement bulbs in the utility closet. The walls & doors including louvered doors need wiped down. They are full of fingerprints, dust & stains. The bed pillows smelled like sweaty bodies. There were no cleaning products in the condo. I had to buy everything.

As outlined in our Guest Charter, we provide a basic starter pack to get you settled, and any additional items are to be supplied by the guest—however, we’re sorry if this was not clearly communicated. Unfortunately, this condo has a 1980's theme! However, this is 2024! Sorry to say, but I wouldn't rent this ever until you update the furnishings etc.
