Welcome to Sun N Palms! This delightful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom second-floor condo is located in the pristine community of Shorewalk!

The community of Shorewalk is close to the IMG Academy, Anna Maria Island, and Bradenton Beach. The community boasts a large resort-style pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts, a basketball court, and a gorgeous clubhouse where you can gather with family for a BBQ by the pool!

Upon entering the condo, you will find a light and airy atmosphere. To the right of the front door, you will find the large kitchen! There is a wonderful breakfast table that can accommodate up to four comfortably. The fully-equipped kitchen overlooks the large living space and has plenty of countertop space for you to prepare your family’s favorite treats! The gorgeous wooden dining table can accommodate up to four comfortably. The living room has two large plush couches and a 42” Smart TV for your enjoyment.

Your master suite awaits! This bedroom has a king-size bed, a large dresser, and stunning views of the lake. The ensuite master bathroom includes a large vanity, a closet, and a giant walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two twin-size beds and offers plenty of space to unwind after a day at the pool. The second bathroom has an updated vanity with a shower/tub combo.

The patio includes outdoor seating for four with views of the wonderful lake in every direction.

Florida vacation

Good neighborhood, close to grocery and beaches. We loved the pool and friendly staff. Our apartment needed some updating and repair, which I alerted the property manager about.

Clean and comfortable

This condo served my family perfectly. The kids loved the amenities. The condo was clean, everything worked. It was a safe area, close to stores and a short drive to the beach.

Cleanliness issue & broken items

Carpet was very dirty in every room, broken lamp in second bedroom, blind were missing, and closet door glass in master bedroom. Liked the area and Theresa was awesome.

Good location

Well located being convenient to Sarasota, Bradenton and waterfront fun. Comfortable accommodations BUT the old and really dirty and stained carpeting was a real nightmare. We would only return here again if we knew it has new carpeting.

Great Bradenton Location

A lot of good things to say about the location, the size and more but found it hard to get over how old and dirty the carpeting is. I’d consider returning next year but not without knowing the carpets are new.
