Guests will enjoy absolute water frontage and perfect outdoor entertaining offered by the stunning open plan kitchen, lounge and dining areas together with a superb outdoor kitchen.

Waterski all day from your back lawn and at night, wind down and catch a magnificent sunset over Lake Mulwala. The luscious green lawn runs all the way down to the water's edge.

Offering 4 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and guests have plenty of privacy and will enjoy the option of relaxing in two adult lounge spaces. The rustic living space downstairs offers a cosy open fireplace.

A separate Games Room with Table Tennis Table and additional lounge/bar seating.

The kitchen is perfect for entertaining with top of the range appliances. The outdoor BBQ area will also impress with expansive alfresco dining, outdoor kitchen and pizza oven. A firepit by the lake edge to enjoy our star filled endless night skies during those chilly nights.

Ample parking for cars and boat trailers.

Guests can also enjoy the Sauna located outside.

Please note: the lake access is unfenced which may not suit guests with small children.
