It was such a wonderful location. We easily walked to the beach went to the pool. The rooms were beautiful. Our family had such a great time at the OMG. We works love to come back and stay at the same place. The negative was the pool was cold at the house as well as the jacuzzi so we walked to the community pool instead. Other than that it was perfect!

Rocky point

Communication thru VRBO we could not contact the host of the house. We had to call oceano to request an early check in. Oceano confirmed at $10. Charge Per hour before the 4pm check in. Requested a 1pm check in then got a call upon our arrival to rocky point saying the owner had stayed in house the day prior sonwe could not check in till 2pm. When we arrived to the check in the guards did not have our info so we could not get in. We called Oceano so they could provide the guards with our rental information. When we finally arrived to the house we were excited about the 2 jacuzzi only to find out that the pool jacuzzi was not heated and the second jacuzzi was empty and not operational. The pool was surrounded by piegon fieces and not cleaned prior to our arrival. The house itself was beautiful but our check in process was bad and upset about the 2 spas being operational or heated.
