Located just minutes from the Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore, Lake Superior, and AuTrain Lake! This is the perfect 4 season destination!

This rental features:
- 3 bedrooms. (All New Beds) The two rooms upstairs each have a full bed and the lower bedroom has a King and twin bed.
- 1 bathroom with shower/tub unit

With this cabin you also can utilize the beach front property on AuTrain Lake (Northwoods Resort). There is a beautiful sand beach for swimming, canoes/kayaks & boats with motors for rent, and a sauna.

Great location for snowmobiling!

We just stayed here for 2 nights while snowmobiling. It is only 1.2 miles from trail 417 to the north and 2.5 miles from trail 8 to the south. The place was clean and cozy! Totally beats a hotel, we’ll definitely be back. The hosts were very accommodating and extremely nice! Thanks so much!!!!

This was one of my all time favorite rentals. Location is extremely convenient to Munsing and it even has a public beach no more than 4 minutes down the road that we really enjoyed.Beautiful property with a large lake down the street. We sincerely appreciate the ability to bring our pup. Thank you again for allowing us to make some great memories!! We would definitely come back again.

3 Star Cabin at a 5 Star Price

The cabin sits on a rather busy road... Right on the road, next to two canoe liveries. It is in fact generally quieter at home downtown Detroit than at the cabin. The cabin seems to misadvertised as a VRBO. It is in fact managed by North Woods Resort which is just down the way. When stopping in several times during office hours with inquiries no one was available to answer any questions. Be prepared for family members of the owners of the resort to be standing on the house's private dock fishing from time to time. Be prepared to to pay $5-10 per bundle for fire wood in the area, none is provided. Bring your own toilet paper - about 1/2 roll was left for our 5 night booking. Be prepared for dodgy internet and very limited tv service if those are important to you, cell is dodgy in the area as well. Of note, one of the bedrooms is only accessed through the bathroom, and there is only 1, small bathroom. The basement bedroom has no door. The steps down to the river are dated and dangerous, be careful. The proximity to many activities in the UP is great, and if you don't mind the general inconvenience of the space itself can provide a nice base for a small group. Accommodating more than 4-5 in your party would prove quite challenging.

Perfect little getaway.

House was clean, cozy, and perfect size for 4 adults to be able to relax. Wooded setting overlooking the river was beautiful. The house had everything we needed to enjoy home cooked family meals, bonfires, and movie night. The only reason I gave this property a 4 out of 5 rating is because the only bathroom in this property was the only connection to the 3rd bedroom. Our family really enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose Yellow Perch again.

Great place and location. House was very clean and had everything we needed.

Perfect location for kayaking on the Au Train River. We brought our own kayaks and were able to put in right at the house and park less than a mile down the road at the next bridge. Made for a good 3 hour trip. Plenty of water falls within a half hour drive, Pictured rocks lakeshore and plenty of other things to do. Thanks Erin, we had a great time and definitely would recommend to anyone.
