Shadow Mountain Unit 15 | Spacious Ski-In, Ski-Out Townhouse with Great Views & Gas Fireplace

This two-level, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom deluxe townhouse boasts ski-in, ski-out access to Lift 1A on Aspen Mountain. Enjoy breathtaking views of Aspen, Red Mountain, and Smuggler Mountain from the north-facing windows. This rental features a gas fireplace in the main living area, granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, and a washer/dryer. Please note the gas fireplace can be lit manually or with the provided remote control. Please do not place any real wood into the fireplace anytime or for any reason.

Second bedroom: Two Twin bunk beds
Other: There is a Queen size sofa sleeper in the living room.

Common amenities at Shadow Mountain Townhomes include ski-in, ski-out access to Aspen Mountain, an outdoor pool that's open and heated during the summer and winter, on-site free parking, and a patio with a BBQ grill and tables that's open during warm-weather months. The tram is currently out of order.

Guests of Shadow Mountain Townhomes receive complimentary Aspen Airport transfers and free Wi-Fi. All Frias Properties guests receive complimentary access to local health club facilities. (Passes can be obtained from any Frias Properties front desk during regular business hours.)
